MRCS PROVIDE FIRST AID SERVICES DURING THE 2025 MALAWI GENERAL ELECTIONS

Malawi Red Cross Society continues to provide First Aid Services in District and City Tally Centres designated by the Malawi Electoral Commission, where counting of Votes is underway, across Malawi.

This is done through a funding support from the Malawi Government Subvention.

On the first day, when polling was done, hundreds of Malawians sought the First Aid services through Red Cross Staff and Volunteers. This is continuing today.

Secretary General Chifundo Kalulu said it is @MalawiRedCross mandate to provide first aid to the public in times like this.

"I am very much impressed with the conduct of the Volunteers and staff who have delivering the first aid services in line with the fundamental principles of the Red Cross movement such as Neutrality, impartiality and independence.
